explain how love exist.But I tell you,love has no definition but can
only be described either by actions nor by expression.But research
evaluated that 92% of single's have had 3-4 relationships
breakup/separation . But realized that many single's especially
females find it hard to cope after breakup in their relationships.

WITH BREAKUP- (1) ACCEPT THE END. Many find it uneasy to accept the
end fate of their relationships after breakup due to not letting
go.You do not need to beg for what is not yours, try as much as to
accept the fact that everything that as begining surely have an end.

(4)LET THE WOUND BE HEALED. Many jumped into
relationship immediately after breakup in other to fill the vacuum of
rejection,this is wrong at least give your emotional trauma time to
heal before engaging into another.The period of healing should be a
sober reflection of what you've done wrong and what you need to do
better and after . (5)CONNECT WITH FAMILY
AND FRIEND.You could cope better after breakup with your friend ,yes
it's possible.,only if you engage in.Going out with friends, watching
movies, chatting and things that keep your mind away from your hurt
